Tie the knot in one of the valley’s beautiful stave churches
Invite the bridal party to a ceremony in Uvdal stave church or Nore stave church. Both of these stave churches are only 10-15 minutes from Sevletunet.

With the Norwegian countryside as the setting
On the farm premises there is a spacious green area, several old timber buildings, amongst them two unique, preserved buildings. The farm is secluded by steep mountains on every angle, and with a view towards the nearby fjord and river.
On the fields that surround the farm there are oftentimes cows grazing, an abundance of wild flowers and swallows playing in the air.

Our most spacious venue, “The Telegraph”, has room for 30-60 persons around the tables.
The building has two double doors, that will immediately take you to the spacious and lush green area outside.
Accommodation in four different farm buildings
The guests will be accommodated in three different farm buildings and five different units on the farm.
We have capacity to accommodate 30 persons.
If you are in need of more rooms, or if some would like single rooms, it is possible to book a room at the nearby hotel, Rødberg Hotel, that is 4 kilometers from Sevletunet Guestfarm.
Activities in the valley
There are several hikes along paths through the woods, and up to the mountain tops on each side of the farm. The fjord and the river are our closest neighbours, and they could be a refreshing option after the sauna.
Maybe you would like to combine the wedding and celebration with a memorable adventure together in Numedal. This valley is abundant with both nature and culture, and on the menu we have both hiking, abseiling, mountain bicycling, swimming in hidden natural pools, paint ball, rafting in the river, SUP, draisine cycling on the preserved railway and a visit to the famous Langedrag nature park that are a 30 minutes drive from the farm.

A tiny, intimate wedding
We welcome smaller weddings, all weekends from June until September.
